  • Spanish singer born in Oviedo, Asturias, graduated in Opera performance with honors at Parma’s Conservatory, the city where he performed his first roles of Rossini: Martino from L’Occasione fa il Ladro (D’Agostini/Cigni) at the Teatro Regio and Slook from La Cambiale di Matrimonio (Santoro/Todarello) at Del Carmine Auditorium.

  • He continued his artistic path in Rome studying with Sylvia Sass and debuting new roles of Rossini like Bartolo of The Barber of Seville (De Maio, Donadio/Cherstich) with the “Figaro! OperaCamion” project by l’Opera di Roma and Dandini in La Cenerentola (Neri/Capaccioli) by Europa InCanto association at the Argentina Theatre in Rome, Municipal of Treviso and San Carlo in Naples.

  • He specialized in the YAP Scuola dell’Opera of the Municipal Theatre of Bologna, where he widened his repertoire and took part in some educational projects, playing roles such as Rigoletto (Conticello/Marras) from the Verdi’s masterpiece, as well as the puccinian roles of La Bohème Marcello (Polastri/Bertuzzi) and Schaunard (Polastri/Bertuzzi) and in Gianni Scchichi (Axelrod) Marco with La Verdi of Milan.

  • At the Bologna Operahouse, in addition to be part ot the Rigoletto’s (Beltrami/Pizzech) tournée in Japan as Marullo, he debuted the roles of Gianni Schicchi (Conticello/Brunetti) from the Puccini’s opera, Giorgio Germont from Verdi’s La Traviata (Yoshida/Antoniozzi), Uberto from Pergolesi’s La Serva Padrona (Conticello/Giardini) and Ventriglia from the comtemporary opera Cecè (Polastri/Viano) with music by Bruno Moretti and libretto by Roberto Polastri.

  • He again took on the role of Gianni Schicchi in Puccini’s Trittico (Brauner/Polák) at the Moravian Silesian National Theatre in Ostrava and has made his debut of Belcore in L’Elisir d’amore (Parmeggiani/Ashraf Gandomi) of Donizetti at the Teatro Nuovo in Ferrara and the Count of  Almaviva in Mozart’s The Marriage of Figaro (Parmeggiani/Dispenza) at the Duse theatre in Bologna.

  • For the Oviedo Opera he had participated in Lucrezia Borgia (Abel/Paoli) as Petrucci, and begins his relationship with the Zarzuela Oviedo Festival with El Rey que rabió (Martínez/Lluch) as Gobernador; María Moliner (Pérez/Azorín), spanish comterorary opera with music by Antoni Parera and Lucía Vilanova’s libretto, as Almanaque y Pan y Toros (Martínez/Echanove) as toreador Costillares.

  • In the immediate future he will be playing the role of Carrasquilla in the zarzuela don Gil de Alcalá of Manuél Penella and Figaro of The marriage of Figaro by Mozart.

    His academic resume also includes a Master degree in History at the University of Oviedo (Spain), and a Master in Management of Performing Arts by SDA Bocconi University School of Management, Milan, Italy.
